Our story
A farewell from Meirelle
For over thirty summers, Meirelle made her sandals by the same stretch of Mediterranean coast. The same small workshop, the same good leather, the same pair of hands. She never followed trends and never put a loud logo on anything.
This is her last collection. After these pairs, the workshop closes for good. Each one was cut and finished by hand, made slowly and made to last.

The Regenerative Movement
At Meirelle, we follow a regenerative approach to fashion, choosing materials designed to reduce impact, honour the essential, and respect the rhythms of nature.
Natural Cork
A natural, sustainable cork footbed. With every step you feel the same singular flexibility and comfort, gently hugging your feet. Cork is a renewable resource, harvested without felling a single tree.
Recyclable EVA
Our sole is made from recyclable EVA: light, flexible and resilient. It delivers a cushioned, comfortable stride while reducing synthetic rubber and allowing reprocessing at the end of its life.
Synthetic Suede
Made from suede, a noble leather with a velvet touch. It wraps the foot in comfort without sacrificing style, letting skin breathe freely. We chose a synthetic alternative to lower the impact, with no loss of sophistication.
Reusable Metal
The metal buckles are light, strong and give a firm, secure fit. Their durability avoids frequent replacements, valuing long-term use and the reuse of noble materials.

On average, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking code, and delivery worldwide typically takes 5–12 business days. Free worldwide delivery on all orders.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email and can follow its journey through the carrier’s site or our platform, just tap “Track Order” in the menu.
Check your tracking code and confirm the estimated window has truly passed. Every shipment is insured. If anything looks out of the ordinary, contact us at support@meirelle.com.

Our materials are breathable and antibacterial, so you stay comfortable even on warm days, without odour. As with any footwear, keeping your Meirelle clean over time helps it stay fresh.
Each product page has a “care” section with our recommendations for every Meirelle model. As a rule: wipe with a soft, dry cloth; for marks, use a barely damp cloth and let it air dry.
Yes, but avoid frequent soaking, especially with suede. If it happens, let it dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
Yes, it’s natural! It comes from contact with skin and warmth. With proper cleaning, your Meirelle will stay looking fresh for a long time.
