Where We Ship
We ship across all of Europe and to most worldwide destinations. Our premium Mediterranean leather sandals and clogs are dispatched from our European fulfilment centre and delivered directly to your door. All prices and shipping charges are displayed and processed in Euros (EUR).
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment has been received. During seasonal peaks, sales periods, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is placed, followed by a dispatch confirmation once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.
- Free Standard Shipping — Complimentary on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Express Shipping — €9.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for non-EU destinations), and circumstances beyond our control such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active and update with the carrier. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — there are no additional charges on delivery.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and we have no control over their amount. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays can occur once a parcel is in the carrier's hands. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link in your dispatch email and confirm whether a delivery attempt has been made.
